Beyond the Book Presents: When Grief Speaks -- Giving Sorrow Words

Beyond the Book Presents: When Grief Speaks -- Giving Sorrow Words

WVU Medicine Chaplain Jen Suehs-Vassel is our speaker this month. Grief is a universal human experience. Grief is a natural and normal response to loss.  Learning to recognize and cope with grief allows us to heal from our own losses, as well as to help others heal. Allowing our grief to speak reminds us that we are not alone, and that we can find hope, even in sorrow.
