Featured WV Author: Timothy G. Huguenin
Join Timothy G. Huguenin, an award-winning West Virginian author from Tucker County, for a book reading, followed by a short presentation and a book signing.
Timothy G. Huguenin is a hillbilly writer of the strange and spooky, hailing from the dark Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia. His current books include When the Watcher Shakes, which won the 2021 Indie Author Project regional award for West Virginia, Little One, and Unknowing, I Sink. His short fiction has appeared in various publications including Vastarien: A Literary Journal, Shepherd University's Anthology of Appalachian Writers Vol. XI, and the Tales to Terrify podcast. He is an Active Member of the Horror Writers Association. He is also a member of the West Virginia Writers, and the editor of WVW’s quarterly member newsletter, Mountain Whispers.
After growing up in Davis, WV, he has lived in many places, including Pocahontas County, Fayette County, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and even Pinedale, Wyoming, but he will always proudly be a Tucker County boy at heart. When he’s not busy writing, you might find him backpacking in Dolly Sods, mountain biking in Blackwater Falls State Park, cross country skiing at White Grass, or sipping an espresso at TipTop, depending on the weather.
