“Beyond the Book” Presents - Wild Wonderful Wildlife of West Virginia’s Wetlands: The Science Behind Understanding Wetland Restoration ONLINE EVENT

Increase your understanding and appreciation of the value that wetlands bring to the ecosystem and your day to day life in West Virginia during this informative and engaging presentation by. Dr. Jim Anderson, professor of wildlife ecology and management and the Davis-Michael Professor of Forestry and Natural Resources at West Virginia University.

This virtual event is open to all library patrons via Webex, a user-friendly conferencing platform. Participants can choose to connect online for both audio and visual or just by phone (audio only),depending on your comfort level and internet availability. 

Participants must register by noon on August 17, with an active email address. Registered participants will receive an emailed invitation link to the virtual meeting.

This event is planned in conjunction with the August selection for the “Beyond the Book” Club, The Rise of Wolf 8, by Rick McIntyre.  If you would like to read the book and join the discussion group, details are available in the August 24 event listing.
